Body casting DESIGN

Transforming the human body into an artistic solitaire

Relief sculpture, cast of a female body, back side, nude, casts, back

My goal is not just to capture form, but to create design. The raw cast is just a canvas to which I give new meaning through clean lines and stylisation.

I create exclusive interior solitaires that carry your uniqueness. It is a process in which a woman’s intimate beauty is transformed into tangible luxury. Your body becomes art.

How Your Work Is Created

Body casting (lifecasting) is a fascinating experience that captures a moment in time and space. I understand that for many it is a new experience, which is why discretion, respect and your comfort come first in my studio.

1. Consultation and choice of pose

Before we begin, we discuss your idea. Together we find a pose that flatters your figure, looks aesthetic and that you can hold without difficulty. We agree whether it will be an honest, realistic form or a highly stylised work with an emphasis on smooth lines.

2. Skin preparation and materials

I apply a protective release cream to the body and then apply the moulding compounds. I use a special silicone for details and plaster bandages for reinforcement. All materials are skin-safe and designed for this purpose.

3. Setting of the mould

The mould sets gradually directly on the body. The whole process takes only a few minutes. During this time I make sure you feel comfortable and safe.

4. Removing the mould and your freedom

Once set, the mould is carefully removed from the body. Thanks to the release layer, it leaves no marks. After a quick clean-up (a shower and towels are available), you go home. Your part ends, mine begins.

5. The birth of the sculpture (my work in the studio)

This is the key moment. I pour the final material into the mould, but the most important part comes afterwards – precise sanding, filling and modelling. I deliberately suppress skin imperfections and emphasise the lines to create a clean design object, not just a copy of the body.

Discretion and Absolute Uniqueness

Every cast is an original. The mould is single-use – it is naturally destroyed when the cast is removed, which guarantees that your work will be the only one of its kind in the world. I publish photos of the process or the final work only with your consent.

Become My Muse

Working with me is not just about casting. It is an opportunity to become the co-author of a figurative sculpture. To fulfil a dream and create something aesthetic, valuable and lasting. The result will reflect your artistic sense, while also bearing my artistic signature.

The creation process itself is an experience that will stay in your memory. On request I can document it so you have a memento not only of the result, but also of the journey to it.

What defines your work?

Every sculpture is unique. During the consultation we will define the key attributes together:

Composition: The complexity of the pose and the size of the cast area (torso, bust, full figure).

Surface and material: Choice of the final material and surface finish (bronze, patinated plaster, resin).

Aesthetics: Colour, dynamics and degree of surface stylisation.

Final placement: A proposal for mounting the sculpture and its base so that it dominates your interior.

Behind the Scenes

Every work has its own story, which begins long before the sculpture is finished. Take a look at authentic snapshots from my studio – from preparing materials to the final finishing, which usually remain hidden from the public eye.
