Concept and Visualisation

At the beginning we clarify together the purpose of the work, its dimensions, location, artistic character and expected budget. Based on your brief, sketch, photograph or an existing object, we prepare a creative design. Depending on the project, it may take the form of a sketch, a detailed 3D visualisation or a physical model. Before production begins, you get a clear idea of the proportions, materials and final appearance of the work.

Technical Design and Production Process

For each project we propose a suitable combination of materials and production technologies. We take into account the location of the work, its dimensions, weight, anchoring method, weather conditions, safety and required lifespan. The design may include 3D modelling, 3D scanning, photogrammetry, 3D printing, CNC machining, mould making, casting, surface finishing and the design of the supporting structure. The result is a well-thought-out technological process by which the work can be reliably produced and installed.

Quotation and Schedule

Once the scope of work is agreed, we prepare a clear quotation and implementation schedule. We define the individual phases of the project in advance – design, modelling, production, surface finishing, transport and installation. If a change is needed during the work, we first discuss its impact on price or deadline with you.

Implementation and Expert Supervision

After the design is approved, we arrange the production of the work and coordinate the individual technological steps. We continuously check quality, precision of detail and conformity with the approved design. As agreed, we also arrange transport, installation, anchoring and final on-site finishing. We carry out projects throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic – for private clients, architects, companies, municipalities and cultural institutions.

1. Outdoor Sculptures and Reliefs

We create weather-resistant sculptures, statues and reliefs that keep their beauty for many years. We provide a complete service – from visualisation through the supporting structure to final installation. We adapt each project to its specific environment, whether it is a garden, a public space, company premises or a building façade.

2. Busts, Portraits and Memorial Plaques

We produce portrait busts, memorial plaques and monuments – from photographs, an existing portrait or direct modelling. We cast in bronze, composites and plaster with a bronze patina, mounted on stone or directly on a façade. We work for municipalities, schools, companies, museums and families.

3. 3D Digitisation, Modelling and Production Preparation

Using 3D scanning and photogrammetry, we can create a digital model of practically any physical object. As needed, we clean up, adjust, scale down or scale up the model and prepare it for 3D printing, CNC machining, mould making or further processing. If only a sketch or an idea exists, we create the object using 3D modelling. For each project we propose a suitable technological process, materials and production method.

4. Architectural Casts and Elements

We produce casts (cornices, columns, ornaments) that give buildings a unique character. We use elastic moulds filled with plaster, concrete or modern compounds, which we then finish. These elements are used in the restoration of historic monuments as well as in contemporary architecture.

5. Restoration and Repair of Sculptures

We restore damaged sculptures, spatial objects and historic stucco decorations.

Sculpture repair: After a thorough analysis of the damage, we propose a suitable restoration method (including 3D scanning and traditional modelling). We have experience working with stone, bronze, wood and ceramics.

Stucco restoration: Missing ornaments are digitally completed and produced using 3D printing or CNC technology. Subsequent surface finishing ensures a perfect blend with the original decor. By combining modern technology and craftsmanship, we protect the historic value of buildings.
