Every work of art presented is unique. This means it is a one-off piece created by the artist that will never be reproduced. It has its own unique number confirming its originality. In the years to come, such pieces are often the most sought after by collectors, because only one of them exists.
Browse the offer and when you find something you like, you can contact us by e-mail. If you are interested in a specific work, we can send you an additional video presenting the work from all sides and angles. Please include your delivery address in the e-mail and we will calculate the total price, including a rigid crate and delivery. If the sculpture is sent by courier, it will be dispatched within 10 days. A rigid wooden crate must be made for the sculpture to protect it during transport.
If you are local or nearby and wish to arrange transport of the work yourself, this will affect the final price. On request, we can come to you and install the purchased work in your home or office.
Payment can be made by card, direct bank transfer or in cash on personal collection. For delivery by courier, part of the payment is made in advance and the balance on receipt of the shipment (cash on delivery).
If you have any questions about the work of art, don’t hesitate to ask.
FAQ
How long does it take to get my sculpture?
It depends on the place and method of delivery. Within Europe we can deliver the sculpture with our own transport. Our staff member will bring the sculpture to you within 2–3 days. Courier and postal services can also be used; delivery then takes max. 7 days.
Sculptures sent overseas must be prepared for shipping so they are not damaged in transit. A rigid plywood crate is made for the sculpture to protect it during transport and handling. The time needed to make the crate varies with the season, but never exceeds 10 days. Transport itself can take 7–14 days. Shipping costs are included in the price of the sculpture.
Can I request changes or adjustments to the sculpture to suit my space?
Most works of art can be customised. It is possible to change the colours, the colour of the frame or background, or change the mounting from wall-mounted to free-standing. The material and size of the sculpture cannot be changed. All changes will be priced according to the complexity of the adjustments.
How do I pay?
Prices are in euros. A proforma invoice is issued for the sculpture and paid in advance. The final invoice – the balance – is paid on receipt of the sculpture.
When shipping a sculpture overseas: part of the payment must be made in advance, before the cast is dispatched, by card or bank transfer. This covers postage, insurance and the deposit for making the rigid crate. The remaining part of the payment is made on receipt of the cast (cash on delivery). The same rules apply for delivery by courier or postal service:
For delivery by our staff: part of the payment must be made in advance, before the cast is dispatched, by card or bank transfer. The remaining part is paid on receipt of the cast in cash or by bank transfer.
What about insurance?
All works of art are fully insured for replacement during transport to you.
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
We have never had to deal with this. But we have a procedure that protects both sides from mistakes. You would have to return the sculpture in its original packaging via a professional art shipper at your own expense. On delivery, we will check the piece for damage.
If it is in order, we will refund 90% of the purchase price (excluding shipping). We keep 10% as a restocking fee to cover our costs. If the work is damaged, we will assess the cost of repair and inform you. If you are not satisfied with our assessment, you may hire a professional art appraiser to inspect the work at our premises. Disputes will be decided in the Slovak Republic under its law, and you will be protected by your ordinary statutory rights.
